Leader is the one in the charge, the person who convinces other people to fallow. A leader will be like a magnetic force in the group. So that he directs the functions and leads the whole group. He will be having a good control over the other members. Leadership is the capability to build up confidence and enthusiasm among people and to create an urge in them to show the way. Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of the group teacher is the leader of the classroom. Therefore he has to maintain the solidarity in the classroom usually a leader (Teacher) stimulate the group members. In the corporate world (Competitive world) the role of the leader (Teacher) is important to development of good values and establish good relationship, control over the group. So the role of the leader in the corporate world is very important. This paper is conceptual paper which discusses the role of the leader.
