Abstract

Freemergence application of butachlor 5 G 1.5 kg/ha, oxadiazon 2 G 0.75 kg/ha and pendimethalin 3 G 1.5 kg/ha provided reasonable weed control resulting in higher grain yield of rice. The submergence level of 0–5 cm was sufficient to get the desired Effect of herbicides on weed control and on grain yield of rice.
