Abstract

Field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of atrazine, diuron and oxyfluorfc-n on weed control in a nursery of 4-month-old seedlings of peach. Though highest concentration of oxyfluorfen (0.50 kg/ha) and diuron (2.0 kg/ha) provided better weed control; atrazine or diuron each at 0.50 kg/ha increased seedling height and trunk diameter from 30 to 90 days after application. No phytotoxicity was observed in any treatment.
