Abstract

The application of 2,4-D to cotton seedlings (cv. Sharada) even at low concentration impaired many physiological processes and brought biochemical changes. Among the antidotes used to counteract the 2,4-D influence, Ca (No3)2 was more efficient than GA, while CaCo3 and riboflavin were least effective.
