Weed Control in Summer Mungbean (Vigna Radiata (Wilczek)
Abstract
Application of fluchloralin 1.0 and 1,5 kg/ha and pendimethalin 1,5 and 2.0 kg/ha effectively controlled Trianthema portulacastrum and Echinochloa colonum. The weed control treatments did not influence the yield attributes except number of pods per plant. Use of fluchloralin 10 kg/ha recorded higher yield than conventional weed control method.
