Influence of Herbicides on Modulation under Different Row Spacings and Seeding Rates in Soybean

Influence of herbicides was investigated on nodulstion in soybean for two years under six cultural treatments. At initial stage, the number of nodules and nodule dry weight per plant were significantly reduced under herbicidal treatments but at 50 and 75 day stages, greater nodulation was under oxadiazon aDd oxySuorfen. None of the herbicides had inhibitory effects on nodulation in soybean. At IS day stage, planting in 30 cm row spacing resulted significantly higher nodule number. The nodule dry weight per plant was significantly greater at 100 kg/ha seeding rate than 125 kg/ha.
