The field experiment conducted at Agricultural Research Station (Paddy) Sirsi indicated that the grain yield and weed control efficiency were superior with pendimethalin (1.50 and 2.00 kg/ha post-emergence application). Thiobencarb 2.00 and and 1.00 kg/ha also reduced the number of grassy weeds significantly.
