Broadcast application of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl at 15 g ha−1 mixed with sand at 150 kg ha−1 was effective to control weeds in rice nursery and resulted in significantly lower weed density, weed dry weight and higher rice seedlings biomass without any phytotoxic effect on rice seedlings.
