Tillage operation resulted in significant reduction in weed dry weight at all the growth stages and increased the grain yield over no tillage practice. The lowest weed dry weight and the highest grain yield in one season were recorded with 24 kg seed ha−1 Hand weedings at 25 and 45 DAS recorded significantly higher grain yield and lower weed dry weight at silking and maturity stages.
