In spite of all these past achievements it is disheartening to see still poor: participation of women in today's agri technology development and its transformation to reach the unreached. Causes may be several; from age old man domination to lack of education or even the silence of the women itself. It needs a debate and to find classical as well as tailor made remedy, may be through highlighting their potentials igniting their mind activating their inner soul and providing education blended with technology.
