Interaction is being published by the council since 1983 as a inter disciplinary Journal of social sciences. Since 2000 a change in name was made and it continued with that name --- Journal of Communication Studies till 2016. Since 2017 its original name of Interaction has been restored. Indexed and Abstracted with - NAAS Rating - 2.89(2018), InfoBase Index(IBI Factor - 2.3), Google Scholar, CNKI Scholar, EBSCO Discovery, Summon(ProQuest), Primo and Primo Central.
