Abstract

Information& Communication Technologies (ICT) are a welcome approach to bridge the information gap existing in the rural Indian society. The limitations to its uses are too many. More so, the greatest bottleneck rural society is facing is that of power. It is limited and untimely. Hence, high sounding concepts have tremendous limitations at ground level.
