Role of communication in prescribing healthy diet for the rural pregnant women

With the development of the science there is a unpredictable development in the skill of communication therefore today the whole world has shrinked and taken the shape of a village. But, still today in the Indian villages there is an important role being played by traditional communication skill. The present research is about the nutritious diet of pregnant women of Harhua Block (Varanasi). The collection of information is done by self survey questionnaires. It is clear from the analysis that most of the information about healthy diet for pregnant women was received from (31.33%) health workers followed by (27.33%) Aanganwadi and social workers (18.3 7S), Newspaper/poster/Hording and Cinema (14.67%).
