Presently, use of IT is restricted to agricultural research. Project based limited experiments of field extension though generated new hopes but looking to infrastructural facilities, it creates doubt too. In the vast and diverse country like ours, high sounding ideas often coo laps after birth. Therefore, implementing a fascinating programme like IT based interactive education and extension needs sound planning.
