Modern day mode of functioning of any organization is based on information. Thereby information management and utilities provided by the ever increasing sophisticated machines is the food for an organization to survive amongst innumerable kinds of its type. The more the organization is backing on the communication channels, the more it is updated and modernized to meet modern day wants of information.
