Communication effectiveness in dairy organizations

The effective communication is a pre-requisite for an effective organization. It was, therefore, envisaged to study the communication effectiveness vis-à-vis the organizational effectiveness in Dairy organizations. The study was conducted in Uttar Pradesh (U.P) Dairy Co-operative set-up, under the administrative control of two Dairy organizations namely Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation ltd. (PCDF) and State Milk Board (SMB). The communication effectiveness of superiors was significantly higher in PCDF than that of SMB. At the milk union level in both the organizations, it was significantly higher than those of other levels. The communication effectiveness of superiors and that of the subordinates were having positive and significant correlation with the effectiveness of organization.
