Farm and Home unit of All India Radio, Rampur initiated ‘Farm School on Air'(FSA) programme in 1981. From 2nd October, 2003, Radio unit of G.B.P.U.A. & T. has launched FSA on organic farming procedure for conducting the FSA programme by All India Radio. To know about the preferences and feed back regarding the FSA the study has been taken. The study was conducted on farmers who have registered in FSA programme on organic farming. Thirty three per cent of the registered farmers were selected randomly. Thus the total number of respondents was 75. On the basis of the findings and dominant trends it can be concluded that majority of the respondents were young aged having medium education status involved mainly in farming and having medium size of land holding. The majority of the respondents had nuclear medium size families. Most of the respondents had low mass media exposure. Radio was considered as the most credible source of information by majority of the respondents. Majority of the respondents (68.00%) perceived the topic of the programme as important. 78.66 per cent of the respondents felt the programme was very interesting, more than half of the respondents (54.66%) could understand the programme without much difficulty, 49.33 per cent of the respondents considered that the speed of presentation in the FSA programme was fast, 48.00% found the voice of broadcaster partially clear.
