Abstract

Communication is the core activity of human association in general & progress as well as development in particular. No human life can exist in isolation. A man can survive only in society and the survival in society is possible with communication. Therefore, communication is identified as the oldest continued activity of human being since birth & goes on & on till death. The findings indicated that majority of the respondents (84.33 per cent) had medium communication behaviour and majority of the farmers (79.67 percent) belonged to small and marginal farmer category.
