Abstract

Trainers play an important role in making training programme effective. To be a good trainer he/she must be a good facilitator and must possess facilitation skills. Favourable attitude is basic requirement for developing facilitation skills. Therefore, in the present study an attempt had been made to determine the attitude of trainers towards facilitation. A scale was prepared for determining the attitude. Total 120 trainers were selected purposively. It was found that most of the trainers had moderately favourable attitude towards facilitation.
