Abstract

In view of the increasing number of KVKs (Krishi Vigyan Kendras) and training personnel scattered across the country, it is very difficult and expensive to train all the trainers in trainers ’skills through face to face programmes. Distance learning is one of the best options to provide orientation to training process, andragogy and facilitation skills needed urgently to make training productive. For planning any such type of training courses it is better to first go through profile of trainers working in KVKs.
