This paper reviews and discusses the role of ICTs and its practical contributions to agriculture and rural development in rural AP. This study was conducted by opting Ex-post facto research design in 2011. The study focus on Agricultural knowledge dissemination modes, services provided and activities undertaken by NGO professionals working in AP.
