Test to Measure Knowledge on Facilitation Skill of Extension Personnel

To make the farmers ’group effective facilitation is very much essential. For improving group productivity facilitator plays a vital role. After extension reforms our country adopted group approach of extension. Therefore, the role of extension is now a days more as facilitator than expert. But without acquiring the knowledge of facilitation it is difficult to the extension personnel to act as a facilitator. For that purpose proper training is required to develop facilitators. Again to measure the knowledge level of facilitation of extension personnel no readily available test is there. So, an attempt has been made to develop a test to measure the knowledge level of extension personnel on facilitation skill.
