Students Rating of Teachers ’Performance

This research study was undertaken in G.B.P.U.A &T, Pantnagar as an analytical research study. A sample of 528 students representing five colleges were selected through stratified random sampling. The result of the study revealed that there are some factors related to students and teachers that affects student rating of teachers ’performance. OGPA of students have significant effect on their student ratings. Students scoring higher OGPA rated their teachers higher than others. Teachers with higher age, higher rank and more work experience were rated higher than others.
