Scientific temperaments an attitude that one wants the people to inculcate so that they use ways and methods of science in every sphere of their life. Keeping this in view present study was conducted in Saran district of Bihar with objectives to study the constraints in the way of effective communication and scientific temperaments and to develop suitable extension strategies for effective communication and scientific temperaments. Total 200 farmers were relected rendomly for data collection. It was found from the study that respondents were facing various constaints like technological, economical, service-supply & marketing, human resource development, TOT, govermental in the way of effective communication and scientific temperaments. Therefore, for effective communication and scientific temperaments various suitable stratigies were developed by the researcher.
