Information Communication Technologies has proven to be the single most powerful tool for development in the past decade. In fact ICT is now perceived as a driver as well as or enabler of economic development in many developed countries. The gradually increasing adoption and use of ICTs and its myriad application in various sectors has brought ICT into focus. ICTs has been increasing integrated to enhancing and support teaching and learning. Consequently ICT skills are very important in the field of employment as well as in education. "Today's students are tomorrows ’scientists". Present research study is an attempt to find out access and usage of Information Communication Technologies by the U. G. students of G. B. Pant University of Ag & Tech, Pantnagar. The results, however, showing that Majority of respondents owned various communication media as Mobile phone, Internet, Newspapers and magazine. Majority of respondents have knowledge about the various software uses in the computer like-MS Word, MS Power-Point etc.
