This paper examines the television viewing patterns among children and adolescents and its impact on their behavior and daily life. To achieve objectives of the study 50 adolescents (25 boys and 25 girls) were selected randomly from government school of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. A structured questionnaire was developed and used to elicit the information from randomly selected respondents. Then data was suitably tabulated and statically analyzed to draw meaningful inferences. Results revealed that majority of boys and girls preferred to watch TV in leisure time for the purpose of entertainment. Boys and girls both sometimes felt that if they don't see T.V., they study more. Mostly boys felt never while girls some time felt change in their thinking and communication due to effect of TV programme.
