Abstract

The present study was undertaken in Nalanda district of south Bihar to know the perception of the potato growers about various sub-components of training programme. The findings revealed that majority of potato growers preferred organisation of training should be in the village or at the demonstration site for two days. Potato growers clearly demonstrated that a group of 25 farmers is ideal size of training, discussion is ideal model and training should be during crop season for organizing the effective training programme.
