The results revealed that majority of the respondents (52.00%) had high level of information sources utilization, followed by medium level (31.00%) and low level (17.00%). The major information sources were personal cosmopolite followed by personal localite and impersonal cosmopolite sources. The results showed that majority of the farmers have obtained information from major personal-cosmopolite channels were Assistant Agriculture Officers and Agriculture Officers; the personal-localite channels were input dealers, farm leaders, relatives, neighbours, friends, progressive farmers and the impersonalcosmopolite channels were television, radio and newspaper.
