Abstract

Until the grass-root level get the provision to first hand access of technology, the nation would not take any place in the world. Use of various technologies in agricultural sector has changed the production pattern. To make betterment of an agro-based country, it is needed to aware the village level first. Therefore, the overall improvement will take place. Technological revolution in India secures that position. Now, to ensure the place modern technology embraces the rural community to improve communication as well as village reconstruction.
