Abstract

The study reveals that education, land holding, occupation, communication, material possession, social participation, decision making rights, self expression, awareness about enterprises, formation of SHG, social assets, economic independence and property owned affects a lot and have a great difference in the living condition between SHG and non SHG rural women.
