Abstract

The study indicated that newspaper was the single mass medium that majority of trained farmers were ‘regularly’ using. Among the untrained farmers, about 40–47.5 percent of them were using ‘occasionally’ all the four mass media. In case of sources of information utilized, Localite interpersonal information sources were ‘occasionally’ utilized by majority of the farmers by both samples.
