Abstract

The soil fertility management was considered as most important one, whereas the utilization of farm waste, preparation of manure and compost, use of micronutrients, growth regulators, hormones etc., green manuring & manure and fertilizer application method were important and the spray of urea was considered least important item of farm women training in descending order of their importance. The training exposure to green manuring was found most adequate while in manure and fertilizer application methods, soil fertility management, utilization of farm waste, preparation of manure and compost, spray of urea were adequate and use of micronutrients, growth regulator, hormones etc. was found to be least adequate in decreasing order of their adequacy.
