Accessibility and use pattern of information sources by rural poor

The present study was undertaken to assess the accessibility and use pattern of information sources regarding agricultural information by rural poor in district Rampur of U.P. covering three blocks, twelve villages and 275 respondents. The finding inferred that majority of respondents were of middle age, illiterate, other backward class, agricultural labour as main occupation, nuclear family, having 5–8 members in family, marginal farmers having no membership in any organization.
