Abstract

Women had cent per cent of knowledge about clean milk production, frequency of milking in a day, probable causes for the spoilage of milk and deficiency diseases in animals. The results also indicated that more number of trained women had high knowledge in dairy management and medium knowledge in seed treatment, vermicomposting and integrated farming system while, untrained women showed low level of knowledge with respect to agricultural technologies.
