Abstract

The perusal of the findings revealed that the variables place of work, scope to go ahead in organization, promotional decisions, fringe benefits, scope to show merits and excellence in job, challenging workload, trust and confidence and knowledge about expectation of boss were significantly and positively related to dependent variable job satisfaction. Respondents were less satisfied with the factors fringe benefits provided by the organization and promotional decision handling of the authority.
