Abstract

The findings suggest that majority of the viewer respondents had a favorable attitude and small percent had neutral attitude towards farm TV Programmes. This was followed by respondents who had strongly favorable attitude while a small number of respondents hold a unfavorable attitude towards farm TV Programmes. The results also indicated that there was significant differences between viewers and nonviewers mean attitude scores of the respondents. It was also observed that in all the four components namely duration, intensity, quality and utility, majority of the farmers had favorable attitude towards farm television programmes.
