Abstract

Most of the officials felt clear demarcation of roles and responsibilities pertaining to engineering aspects and social-economic aspects among the various departments is enhances the commitment of employees and changes the executive's job attitudes (job satisfaction and organizational commitment/job involvement). An extension worker is clear about his role expectations, and to the extent he puts in efforts to perform his role, he is likely to be effective in his communication effort.
