The findings revel that, majority farmers need information in use of quality of seed/hybrids(96.67%), followed by marketing(91.67%), time of planting(80.83%)and pest control (74.17%). Where as most of respondents use Input dealers(81.67%), Commission agents(89.17%) and fellow farmers and relatives(73.33%) as major source for information. Information available was not timely(70.83%), incomplete information(60.10%) were the major constraints expressed in seeking information.
