The study adopted an ex-post facto research and data were collected by administering schedule to 120 respondents selected proportionately from the institutes. They were asked to respond to 23 statements framed to judge their perception to E-learning which were later ranked by rank order method. Statements were of both assertive and negative nature, framed to assess their perception. Results revealed that the students do have positive perception towards the novel technological intervention.
