The digital library concept has transformed the whole idea of traditional libraries. The digital library development movement is the most encouraging and perplexing development for the library since the inception of library automation and digitization. In this milieu, both developed and developing countries are digitizing their library collection. The paper is an attempt to gauge the contribution of GCC nations to the UNESCO Digital Library. The library resources can be browsed by type of item, nature of the content, source type, time, language, country of publication and media type of publications. The results of the study reveal that majority (39.84%) of the contributions of UDL are pertaining to books followed by meeting abstracts (36.73%) and articles (12.11%) respectively. The majority of these resources are contributed by UNESCO.As far as time period is concerned, it is obvious from the study that the majority (24.66%) of the resources are preserved during the time period of 2010-2020.The lingual analysis shows that highest number of UDL resources (57.69%) are in English language. These resources are largely contributed by France followed by Kuwait and Oman and are mostly available in electronic format.
