Trichofolliculoma Presenting As A Facial Sinus At Preauricular Region: A Rare Case Report

A 50 year old female presented to the ENT OPD of a tertiary hospital with a small sinus over the left preauricular region of 2 years duration. Wide excision of the sinus with the tract was done and sent for histopathological examination, which revealed trichofolliculoma. Preauricular sinus can submit with a variety of clinical diagnosis and pose to be a diagnostic dilemma for the treating surgeon. Rarity of this particular tumor especially at preauricular region encouraged us to report this case.
