A 25 year old male patient with a known case of rheumatic heart disease presented with worsening symptoms. Echocardiography revealed Giant left atrium (18.4 x 11.1x 10.2 cm3). The largest left atrium described so far in literature is of 18.7 cm in diameter, reported by Mehmet et al, and 15.5 x 11 cm2 by Kothari et al from India.So this case is second largest left atrium described in literature and largest from India described till now.
