Phytoplasma-associated diseases are among the most important diseases in grapevine and fruit trees production in Europe. Severe losses were described especially for grapevine and apple causing sometimes the total production loss. A short description of symptomatology and epidemiological features of these phytoplasma diseases in these species are described.
