Abstract

Sound mental health is the basis of sound physical health and leads to improved productivity and better adjustments. Our study attempts to study the efffct of yoga practice on the mental and physical well being of society. The results obtained suggest a strong relationship between yoga practice and overall well being. The subjects tested showed lower mentalstress levels, improved efficiency and productivity.
