Human Rights: A Conceptual Perspective

This paper conceptualizes human rights. In the beginning importance of human rights has been mentioned Then the concept of human rights has been defined by quoting various sources. Thereafter the historical background of human rights has been traced out. This historical background starts from Magna Carta to formation of recent commissions at national and international level for the protection of human rights. In the last the issue of protection of human rights throughout the globe has been deliberated upon. Thus this paper endeavors to analyse the human rights.
