Abstract

Literature is the mirror of society. Since independence indian society is changing towards development in every field. The economic institution, which was based on barter system now has transformed into a corporate unit at global level. The division of labour has become very complex and specialized in which variety of job opportunities can be formed. The entire economy is based on class and perfection. Now a days the social-economic picture of dalits and women has changed. The depiction of such changing scenario of the economy can be seen in latest Hindi literature. Especially novels and stories are reflecting the real picture of developed economy of Indian society. The main objective of the present paper is to analyze how Hindi literature is being colored with new economy.
