Corporate social responsibilities and business ethics are coming of age in business practice. With the introduction of global compact towards the end of century the concept of corporate social responsibility has been reinforced. The modern corporation has grown phenomenally impact various constituencies of civil society. The present paper analyses the awareness level of Gram Panchayat members regarding the CSR and CSR Activities carried out by the Reliance Industries limited IPCL Unit Vadodara.
