Nature gifted qualities awaken positivity in oneself which is universal and eternal. Negative thoughts have no place when we talk about the upliftment of men and as well as the whole society as negativity is a kind of mental disability in itself. Science, spirituality, literature and physical amenities are not the outcomes of negative thoughts. But these days by various means of communication e.g. Television, newspapers, magazines, internet etc. what is being served is increasing negativity in the society which leads to various vices. Degeneration, crimes, anti-social activities, immoral acts, vulgarity etc. are the deviated behaviours which are the outcomes of negativity. In this research work, it is studied that how television and other means of communication affect the thought process of our society and thus affect the behaviours. Contrary to the ancient thinking of Indian society, these days the emphasis seems to be on the materialistic gains in which the media and television also play their role.
